For nearly 30 years I’ve been working for nonprofits, the last ten as a consultant. A long tenure often inspires a desire to support those rising through the ranks. So, in 2021 I became a certified coach, applying the methodologies of coaching to the unique challenges of nonprofit work.

• It’s not training, though there is an educational element to it.

• It’s not mentoring, though I use my own experience to provide guidance.

• It’s a blend of everything I’ve learned, using a well-researched method for helping clients give their future self some interesting possibilities.
